Bike Swap Is Sold Out!
Ok, looks like all the spaces for the fourth annual Great Southwest Bike Swap is sold out. Here is a quick list of folks that will be attending: Sales Reps from Mavic/Serfas/ Nunn Tablets, Plano Cycling, Colonel's, Knobbies and Slicks, Trinity Bikes, Panther City Bikes, Bicycles Plus, Spokes Bike Shop, Gallus Cycles, Legacy Merch, Massengill Frames, Locally Roasted Coffee, and approximately 40 other individual bike geeks. Don't forget the Crit and Cross put on by Holland Racing. See you there!

The Oak Cliff Bicycle Company will be there also! "KEEPING IT WHEEL" There is a rumor that one of their riders is gonna show up on a BMX bike...word.
I got there kind of late and thought it was crowded, but they said, no, it had already thinned out quite a bit. You're gonna have to start lining up more space for this event.
A quick follow-up: I bought the Suntour barcons at the Colonel's table. This evening I put them on my commuter ride, a 1994 Nishiki Sport XRS hybrid. Here's a "before" picture: Click for pic. Here's what it looks like this evening, with the flat bar changed over to an ergo drop bar, Tektro brake levers, and the Suntour barcons: Click for pic. I still need to get some bar tape on there. It seems to shift great on the stand. Thanks for the barcons; they should work out great!
